Cookie alert

Hi,
I need a cookie alert for EU Privacy Directive so I've installed:
https://www.richeyweb.com/documentation/10-eu-e-privacy-directive

The modal window that ask if you accept cookies not show (the ribbon works). Is it already happened to you?
Can you suggest me a good FREE cookie alert? why you don't add an alert module/modal to JA GDPR ?

A JA GDPR extension server for a different purpose, you can find the cookies extension on JED here : https://extensions.joomla.org/category/site-management/cookie-control/

Unfortunately i am not using any of cookie extension, you can choose the one that suits your needs based on ratings ad review on JED.
