License expired, can not use license from JA-PRO

Hello,

My description to JApagebuilder was expired. I decided to purchase JA-Pro instead, witch also includes JA-Pagebuilder Pro. But in my website I only see a free plan, so I am not able to change the premium blocks.

I disconnected the website a few times, but it stays on the free plan.
What can I do to make changes again?

I see you can log in. For me I am logged out and can not log in again.
I tried:
Remove cache/history in browser, tried Private Browsing, turned off addblockers, different browsers. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) Cleared cache on website.

Is there anything else I can do?
