Cannot GZip JA Morgan Without Hammering Web Pages

Had a problem with web pages loading all distorted and I discovered (using Google Chrome Developer Tools) that the problem is the t3-assets/css folder. Using my Akeeba AdminToolsPRO I can protect my JA Morgan site and exclude t3-assets/css folder and it works fine. Only 1 problem - exposing my CSS folder is a security risk that I don't want to take. If I disable GZip it works fine. Does anyone else have the same problem and is there a workaround?

The t3-assets folder is used to cache the js and css file when the compression is on in template style options.
Do not apply change on these files. If you want to customize style you can copy the style and override it via custom.css file Also turn the off the css compression to view the real path of the file.
