I want my website background to be white especially where there is menu (the top bar) and the footer. not black as it is. Please help.

My request is the same as that of Emaulidi. I am using the Shape5 Charity template and desire to change the menu background color from "eclipse" color code #3a3a3a to "white" color code #ffffff. Please advise.
