          I don't have static IP, could you whitelist IP from Vietnam?

            Hello, normally your account ftp can access from all the world. Also we leaved the restrictions from Vietnam. Normally you can connect if use the last credentials that we wrote in a private area. Are after the words: " / FTP user:.... etc ". (The credentials they are before is to admin access, not to FTP access!). The tecnics of hosting say me that they access without problem. Please, try again. If not runs, I don't know what to do.

                  Hello, don't worry. Is not a very hard problem. It's too difficult give you access and we prefer restrict again the access by countries etc to security reasons. I will try to solve it myself. We have the same problem before update and I remember was solved when we find the image and copy it in another directory. If you can give me some help without connect with our hosting we will be thankful ;-)
