Template crashes

Hello. I use this template JA stark. I really like it but it crashes all the time with these messages:

Did you try going to Admin panel of your site and clear all caches?

And may I know which PHP version are you using? kindly share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account so I can check for you.

I'm using Joomla 3.9.27, PHP Version 5.5.24 in local mode (XAMPP).
Cleaned cache and still sending a lot of warnings.

I found 2 solutions:
1) Enter administration, go to "Global Configuration | System | Cache Settings" and change "Cache handler" to "Cache_Lite"
2) if continues warnings, ignore while update content in the development pages.
