Hello

Is there a way to debug what ja contact is doing ? any debug thing around ? Emails are still not departing.

The joomla email form works
email address works
email Not blocked by host ( checked )
tested php / smtp / sendmail
testing ajax or not
module is at his last version
not working with or without captcha
not working with or without recipient configured
not displaying the tks message
uninstalled and reinstalled module

any idea welcome. I give it one more day, i ll remove it from the website if i find no solution

I just tested by adding my own email address into your site, tried to send a message via contact form: https://www.tinyhouseconcept.fr/contact and it works.

However, the email came to Spam box: https://prnt.sc/rfnljq so kindly check spam box of your mail box and see if the email goes there or not. This often occurs when you use 'PHP Mail' mailer (in Global Configuration settings), you can consider to switch to SMTP mailer, it would be better.

saguaros Ok, i guess i was not clear enough. The Joomla contact form works. Sending emails through ja_contact module does not work.

I am not asking you to fix Joomla contact form

hello, still not receiving any email. Subject field is not displaying correctly and i get from time to time the following message.

This is a known issue when you enable cache in global configuration, I disabled it: https://prnt.sc/rivf55 and the contact form is working now.

tks for your answer, i am going to test it. Is this a wordaround while Joomlart is fixing the problem or is it the way it will work ? Caching is important for the performance.

Ok, beside templates from other clubs, i am using spectrum, and old Shape5 template that now belongs to Joomlart. Their contact module works fine with spectrum, since 2015 and is tested every 2 weeks since. No cache issue or else.

I don't know where the bug is , but it is critical to to fix it i think.

You can open file /modules/mod_jaquickcontact/admin/helper.php remove code at line 107, then no session error any more.
