i can't delete video from item k2

I have this problem. I delete the media from the item and I save it, but the media is still there!
tep Hi If the media is not delete in K2. Kindly report the issue with K2 support as this K2 backend settings. You can open a new thread and submit site details if any thing need to be changed inside template or any issues related to template.
