Second problem. if I do a new page it modifies the main front page, I am losing tons of times with that.

This seems to be a Joomla issue, doesn't this happen when you use JA Page Builder or it happened before?
saguaros thank you and now it is solved.
I updated to the PHP 7.3 then Joomla! starts runnig good and then I uninstalled the Helix3 Framework and plug in and now I can do a New Menu and Edit the Main Menu.
