My video is too big. So I upload used ftp. But media format mp4 can not to upload. GURU support video format? Or how to setting support video format?
richesnifo Hi In Media there are multiple formate alloweds : ax, amv, asf, gif, avi, mp4, fla, swf, mov, mpg, mpeg, rm, xls, XLS are allowed. Mp4 is supported , you need to check your server upload size limit if its giving upload size error.
