Theme selction gives error

Hello.
I have picked up an urgent problem with ThemeMagic and the ability to select a new theme in the JA Mono template. Before it was working fine by allowing me to select a different theme in the settings of the template but now it is not working and I am not able to leave it as it is. It gives the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/web01/public_html/plugins/system/t3/includes/depend/t3folderlist.php on line 61
Please can you check it for me. The only thing I can think of that changed since I last worked on the themes was that I upgraded Joomla to 3.9.16
All along I was getting this error - Unexpected error. Please refresh the page try again later - when I created or saved a new theme but it still showed in the Theme setting of template and could be selected but now no theme options are displayed to select in the Theme settings of the template.

Its because you are not using latest version of T3 that compatible with latest Joomla.
Kindly download and install it from here

Thank you for coming back to me. I thought it might be something like that but I was not entirely sure.

I am unsure of which of the options to download for T3. I do not want to install something that will overwrite anything that it shouldn't. Please advise which option to download and install on my site that is working with JA Mono Template currently.

Just download the T3 system plugin and install it. it will fix the Theme selection tab issue.

Thank you, Pankaj. That did sort out the Theme problem.

Is it worth me installing any of the other components in the T3 download list or is this plugin sufficient?

No it's only T3 that neda update, rest are not required.
