Ja k2 Filter for cities

Hello for JA k2 Filter I need that people can Search a Category and they can select a subcategory

I need to use to filter city and country
Like the attached I have some cities (caserta, roma milano) and for each city I have other city.
I want that people can see (Casagiove, Santa MAria Capua) only if select Caserta
