s5 Tab show widget not working - theme - Health guide - WP

Only I have a Wordpress subscription so I cannot see what the possible answers are from that discussion.
I used of course the WordPress quick install

I purchased the Shape5 Health Guide template. I installed the quick start file. Everything was successful and the example content was loaded successfully as well. The only problem is there is a box on the home page of the demo on Shape5 but that home page box did not show up on the quick start install. I am not I have played around with the modules but cannot seem to figure it out. Any idea? It is the PHYSICIANS box on the home page I am talking about http://www.shape5.com/demo/index.php?health_guide

I can't get the widget to save any changes I make to the 's5 tab show' widget in 'custom 4'

Any help please...

Hi avdherik,
Please go to the Dashboard > Widgets then add the S5 Tab show widget to the Below body 1

Then configure this widget to select the Tab show 1 to 7.

and finally, you can add any widget the following postion to custom: https://prnt.sc/rjob5a

I think that all the widget settings are correct. ("S5 Tab Show" + "S5 Tabshow - Tab #1 to #7)

I doubt that the "S5 Tab Show" position in Below Body 1 is the correct position. I want it to be on top of the main front page picture/video, like in the demo of this template (Health Guide).
Just to follow your instructions I placed it in the position Below Body 1. But it is still not working.
To be more specific. I can place the "S5 Tab Show" widget to any position. But when I make any adjustments (doesn't matter what) and try to save the changes. It cannot save the changes. The ball keeps spinning, till forever.

It looks like it is template related. I use another template (Samba Spa) for another site. This template use the same plugin S5 Tabshow V3 - version 3.3.2 and is working fine.
So maybe some code is missing or a typo in the quick start files from the Wordpress Health Guide template.

Any ideas?

You can add the S5 Tab show widget to the Custom 4 position.
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you resolve it.

Hi Dominic,

I replied to your email, but I don't know if you got this or not.
By doing some more testing, I found out that the issue is lying with the install of the Woocommerce plugin.
After installing the Woocommerce plugin you cannot adjust some of the S5 plugins/widgets anymore. Before that everything is working fine.

Any ideas?

I have checked on our demo, installed the Woocommerce plugin and see that the site, widgets still works fine.
Can you share the username & password of your site for further checking.

Hi,
I have tested your site and see that the widget still works fine. Also, this is a News theme and it does not compatible fully with the Woocommerce plugin.
