1064 SQL syntax error at line 1

Hi there. I have follow strange things. When I have installed template JB Utafiti Quickstart J3 with no data I received one error when I checked new update from joomla.

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

I have installed same JB Utafiti Quickstart J3 with example and all was ok. Have you any ideea what can be? I need to start from near zero. And just inspire from example.
I have PHP Version 7.0.30 activated from CPANEL

As was indicated in the ticket you created for the same issue
I'd suggest using the standalone template installed into a blank Joomla installation
If you want to compare settings I'd install the quickstart with sample data to either a localhost or an alternate domain

This way you can compare settings and duplicate on the standalone site if necessary
