Sidebar broken after uninstalling JAMultilingual

Hello,

I have installed JA Multilingual to test on my site, and and after uninstalling the component, the sidebar now displays full-screen and pushes the rest of the page down below it.

This completely breaks the site. I don't know how uninstalling JAMultilingual could have caused this, but I'm hoping that you'll be able to implement a quick fix.

I checked your site but did not see JA Multilingual component now, did you remove it?

I also tried to install this component into a local site with JA Beauty template but everything works fine.

Ok, it looks like the offcanvas-right.css is missing for some reason? I don't understand how uninstalling JAMultilingual could have done this?

Ok, turned the offcanvas off, then back on and it's gotten rid of the offcanvas menu showing full screen, but none of the JS seems to be working?

This is crazy.

Hey guys, and chance of a reply on this? The site's still totally broken and I don't see any way to escalate a ticket. Any help would be very much appreciated.

saguaros Yes, I've removed it. It's not what I was looking for. Did you not notice that the site is not working as intended now?

The JS isn't loading or working properly as evidenced by the fact that none of the menu dropdowns work, the offcancas sidebar doesn't work and the modules which rely on JS to display aren't working, like the 'Tuts & Guides' section on the front-page.

I don't want the JAMultilingual component, but wasn't expecting it to totally break the site when uninstalling it.

Pls try to backup your site and update latest version for T4 plugin and JA Beauty template.

I just tried to install JA Multilingual in my local site with JA Beauty but all works fine.

With the greatest respect, please read my messages. The issue occurred when I UNINSTALLED the JAMultilingual component.

The template and the T4 framework are already up to date.

The navigation is broken, the dropdowns don't work. The news module is broken, the selectors don't work. The offcanvas button is broken. Clicking it does not bring up the offcanvas modules.

I'm sure this would be an easy fix if you'd just look at the site. I just can't seem to see what has been changed to stop JS/AJAX from working.

The issue comes from this file: templates/ja_beauty/html/layouts/t4/element/offcanvas-toggle.php

we updated for you and your site is working now.
