Site crashes when JB Template medica is installed

The site is offline so you have to login. When I installed the medica template the site doesn't show at all. It shows if I use the "theme1853", the only issue with this template is the top menu. When I load the medica template, the whole site crashes.

Just to give you some context, the site has both mycleaningspace.com and haivia.docufi.com pointing to it. The first is the original domain name and the client attempted to change it to the latter. However the first still works. Just letting you know incase this could cause an issue.
