A weird issue, could I uninstall JA Builder and re-install it on your site?
can not to uninstall ,~still error re-install is OK, but still can not to creat new page.
There seems to be issue with the permission of file/folder on your server side so that files of JA Builder could not be deleted so our developer must remove them manually, now it's working.
Kindly check.
