Menu not saved

I use Google Chrome MAC OS
When I edit the megamenu and make several columns, it is not saved.
Safari works without problems.
What to do with it?

Is there any add-ons installed in your Chrome browser? try to temporarily disable it first and see how it goes.

I disabled all extensions, but that didn't help.
Opened a tab in incognito mode. Everything works there.
What could be the problem?

Then it must be cache from Chrome, you can try to delete all caches & cookies.
