I am having an issue with forms timing out on the front end of my website. If you click on a link to a single form or a category list of forms, the website seems to just hang and not load. This is also true for the backend. If you click on DT Register under components, at times this will just not load as well. I have found that the "fix" for this is to restart Apache and then quickly access the backend DT files. This seems to jog the front end forms and allow access again. This issue is intermittent. Another issue I have is that the CSV export from my website not only does not show the record information, but also does not export the correct number of rows - it doesn't equal the number of people actually registered for the event.

This is not normal behavior - we're not having issues like this on other sites we host. I would really welcome your help here.

We were able to update to your most recent version because all of the problems we had previously seem to be handled. We're hoping this can be resolved as well.

    Are you using latest version of DT Register component and JA Payment gateway plugin?

    If yes, you can share the credentials of your site so I can take a look.

        I just tried to create a new menu item under the main menu: test event listing

        It lists all current event, then I click to register, it loads the form properly: https://prnt.sc/rp82ti

        For the CSV export issue, could you share the screenshot of event + fields you export to replicate this issue?
