Its not Auto, user must need to pay by his own.you can donate the payment on Recurring basis: daily, weekly, monthly or annually depending on the configuration set in DT Donate. Payments reminders will be sent to users based on the setting.

DT Donate is set only for PayPal. Can I give the option for credit card?
The donation form is ready to work? How I will add my paypal account, so the donations will go to my account?
Can a user donate without having an account on the site?

User must have an account to donation. The payment details will be on PayPal side not your site when user pay via his paypal account. You can edit the JA payment plugin and enable PayPal options add your paypal credentials there.

Do paypal accounts work together? I mean, if someone has Paypal Express, will be able to donate to a standard paypal account?

Also, can we make it work without a registration to my website? The template doesn't offer anything important to the user, and it's not necessary to have an account...

Component work like this do you have the user data sho paid to you. If u want directly pay to paypal. There is no sense to use a donation extension without keeping a workflow a reminder to user for re payment reminder and all.
