Recaptcha not working

Recaptcha is not showing on my website for new account registration and for the contact form. I've had to disable recaptcha because if I leave it enabled, it throws an error that it cannot be left blank.

Sorry - I never get notifications from this forum when someone replies. Did you try the password I included for the 1st layer? That is the working password. And the whitelist is now set. Thanks@saguaros#117217

saguaros The first layer does not require that password. That password is for the second layer. the first layer requires the password "?ds****e". saguaros

Your host seems limits access from my place so I could not access your site.

I enabled the default captcha in global configuration in admin panel of your site but it looks like you're using invalid key for captcha plugin: https://prnt.sc/rsrbqs

Pls try to generate a new key.

The keys have been updated. I still get the same issue as the recaptcha box does not show. See screenshot attached. Please try to reaccess the website. I enabled vietnam in the system firewall, but if you have some type of vpn it may limit security access. I'll disable the entire firewall for the next 24 hours for you to troubleshoot.

You can make a test by assigning the 'Contact' menu item to 'Prototstar' template and you will see that it shows the error with the key, the key is still incorrect:

I also test with our key and it displays normally in GK Blend template:

reCaptcha keys have been updated. Itested with prostar as suggested and it shows fine. I re enabled the blend template and the captcha box does not show.

I tested in Chrome and in Safari. You showed a screenshot of the blend template contact form with recaptcha displaying. Was that my website? Because I'm not understanding how it would show on your end, but not on mine.

I turn off the JS compression in template settings and the captcha is showing now. There maybe conflict in JS with one of 3rd party extensions you installed into your site as when I check with default template, all work well as screenshot I sent in my above post.

Ok. I was able to verify this as well. So should I simply keep the js compression in the template settings turned off? I notice if I keep it turned off the top of the template shoes "Blend" instead of the logo I set. Any ideas?

Kindly check Admin panel > Extensions > Templates > gk_blend - Full Width > Features tab > you're using logo text, try to change to Image logo type and select logo as you wish.

Like what you did for 'gk_blend - Default' template style.
