How can I edit the social media icons and make the necessary changes (add link, hide/change an icon)?

May i know which section you are talking? is it a module, template part?

There are 4 icons at the right side of the main menu, and 3 buttons at the Contact page.

I assume your question is not related with DT donate, its about a JoomlArt template.
for Contact page links, kindly check your contact Item in the Component > contact > Display options to see the links.

For the social links module open the module in module manager on position topbar-right.
Kindly set the default editor to None before edit this module.

1) How I remove or replace these buttons?
2) About social links module... I've already check it but I didn't see any option to change the icons, remove it or edit it...

Please provide clear details which buttons? any URL and screenshot help in custom questions.

For social link you have to edit the module code to add your own links in anchor tag.

Kindly read my suggestion in last post : for Contact page links, kindly check your contact Item in the Component > contact > Display options to see the links. You will Link A,B C options.

About the social icon you will see the code index.phpreplace it with link.

1) about the contact social buttons, i've changed it but I see it loose the original color and turns it into pink.
How I will make it keep the original color of each social network?

2) I've change it, but it loads the new site in the same tab. What I have to add in the code to make it open in a new tab? Also, how can I hide the rest of the icons? I just delete the code line?

I can't see any "target" in the code.
It must change to both parts of social media icons.
Can you change it please?

I saw it but I don't know where is it.
In the module of social, I see this:
<li><a href="/index.php" title="twitter"><i class="fa fa-facebook" aria-hidden="true"></i></a></li>
and I replaced the "index.php" with the facebook url.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Those are default Joomla button links you can override them in template .
Open file "/html/com_contact/contact/default_links.php" in template "ja_donate".
Find

<a class="button-<?php echo $label; ?>" href="<?php echo $link; ?>">

Replace it with

<a class="button-<?php echo $label; ?>" href="<?php echo $link; ?>" target="_blank">
