Hi lebkao ,
You need to override logo.php file.
step for change:
1. copy logo.php file on path: plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/layouts/t4/element/logo.php
then paste to path: templates/[your template name]/local/html/layouts/t4/element/logo.php
2. Edit file for change to another location.
