Theme color is not changing

Hello, After changing the responsive layout footer the theme color is not changing to Indigo.
It keeps going back to the Mustard color.
the only theme works is the red and mustard color. The theme button looks disabled, it could be a bug

Pls backup your site and update T3 framework to the latest version. This issue happened when updating latest version of Joomla and we fixed it in new version of T3.
