Problem with JA Masthead within template

Hi, I have installed the JA Masthead module into the 'masthead' position within the template. I have published the module and assigned it to a few pages, adding title. description and image.
The only thing that appears is a grey box, nothing else.
Can you suggest why it is not displaying properly?

Any ideas?

(PS Interestingly, if I publish in the 'hero' position, it starts to work, displaying the meta description instead of the module description).

In this template, it takes the image of article to show in the masthead position when you access detailed page of an article.

At this moment, the 'Victoria' page: index.php/accommodation/states/victoria on your site is an article page so it will take the full text image of this article to show up in masthead position, pls try to add image you want to show into Images&Link tab of article:

Hi, an update.
I used the JA Morgan template on this site www.sbsc.net.au and used the JA Masthead module successfully on all the content pages. I could assign images to pages in the module, not setup via the featured image in the article. Both sites are using JA Morgan 1.0.0 and Masthead 1.0.5
As far as i can see the setup is identical for both sites. One site the Masthead module works perfectly, the other site it doesn't.
Any further ideas to make the masthead module work properly in the Gippsland site?

Another update.
The masthead module works as it should when the position is set to 'hero'. ??????
Also, the default bg_masthead.jpg image should be appearing on all pages without an assigned image.

Try to backup this file: /templates/ja_morgan/html/com_content/article/default.php

and replace with this attached file (unzip first)

That is definitely better thank you.
The image is now appearing in the masthead position when an image is setup in the module.
What is missing now is the Masthead Title and Masthead Description that is setup in the module for each page.
The bg-masthead.jpg image does not appear on pages not specifically setup within the module either.
Is it possible to fix these last two items?

Did you update the file as I mentioned above?

If it doesn't work, you can create a new topic and share the credentials of your site eg: URL, Admin + FTP account, I will check for you.
