The "Zoom Level" setting does not seem to make any difference. I've set 11 data points for my map and would like to display as much details of those locations and as little as possible of the neighboring areas. Specifically, I only need the countries around the South China Sea (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines etc) and not Australia, Japan, India and China.

I managed to reduce the map area to - more or less - only display the eleven SEA countries around the South China Sea by increasing the height of the map. However, no matter how high I make it, it will still not zoom sufficiently to display both the Singaporean and Malaysian datapoint anchor.

In my desperation, I moved the coordinates for Kuala Lumpur slightly up till the two anchor points were displayed separately. Problem solved. Thanks for looking into it. Sometimes, it is enough to explain to someone what the problem is to come up with a solution oneself.
