Problem installing Jomsocial II Templates for Kunena and Jomsocial

Jomsocial II works well and has nice options. I bought it especialy to unify the Templates for Kunena and Jomsocial with the Joomla Site. When I try to upload your respective Templates for Kunena and Jomsocial from your downloadpackage, I always get the message that the XML file is missing in that packages. Am I missing something here?

Quickstart package standalone package and would not install over a Joomla site.

Ahh, that was my mistake, I took the files from the standalone version by mistake.
I was looking for this Template: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-social, but when I clicked on the "Get it now" button I did not get a download but another site with different things:
https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/
When I searched therer for "JA Social " I got 5 different Options:
JA Social
JA Social 2 (with speech bubbles)
JA Social 2 (with a swirl)
and two others (Locker and old framework)

That is a bit confusing download setup, for me at least. Which one of the three Templates is the one from the https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-social Demo Page?

Thanks a lot. I removed the wrong parts and uploaded the ones from the provided link. here, the same problem appears. THe themepackages for Jomsocial and Kunena do not have the xml files for the joomla installation in the zip file. How do I install these templates?

In addition, Theme Magic is not working in the Template configuration. Any idea what the cause may be?

Just for your information if you try JA Social ii that is latest template with new designs, JA Sociall is first version released long time ago.
