The filter is showing fine now:

1 - Turn off the 'System - jQuery Easy' plugin
2 - Kindly check htaccess file on your site, it blocks the json file so filter did not work. I tried to add this via Admin Tools in backend of your site but the provided account doesn't have permissions to change.

Try to check in Admin Tools component > htaccess maker and find field that includes file extensions allowed, I can't view it so don't remember its name exactly.
