Problems with JA slideshow

I have a problem with the extension: "JA Slideshow", which I can't solve. I need your help. It happened when I put a code "html", in one of the images of the Slideshow.
I tried to delete the module and install one from scratch, but it does not take over and does not appear in the list of modules. I send 2 images to check what is happening.

I guess there is something wrong with the html mockup that you add into the slide.

You can share the admin + ftp account of your site so I can check.
