Hi all Joomlart friends!
After some time and Joomlart and Joomla updates , I had any server issues with my site, and I need - in my opinion - to reinstall a fresh UBER template (after backup of articles code and images).
Well, now all seems ok, site with HOME UBER selection with demo GB articles, but I have issues like admin, it seems like old site: in backend it's not possible to SEE folder and images, a screen error with "connection denied from www........." message.
But now, I want ALSO to update modules or templates, but also in SERVICE MANAGER I have the same issue, a grey page with 'connection denied from www....'.
With FTP I have re-installated folder plugins and modules, but nothing solved. 
Php is: 7.2.29 ,Joomla Joomla! 3.9.16
