JA-medicare slideshow module not show in frontpage

Could you please help to check my JA-medicare site, the slideshow does not appear in the frontpage.

Hi support,
I found that the slideshow module created the resized image in the frontpage, but i could not find the file in the directory of the webserver.

Is there any right permission need to be set on server ?

Hi Andy,

The recommended permissions should be: File-644 and Folder-755

This needs to be changed via server side, if you don't have right, you can contact your hosting provider for help to change this.

Thank you for your reply. I have changed the images/resized to 755, or even 777 then the issue is still unsolved.

Hi,
I do not have the ftp account, i am using Linux EC2 on AWS.
User name and password to the web server i have put in the header of the post.
You can login to the linux server following below steps:

chmod 400 developmentKP.pem
ssh -i "developmentKP.pem" ec2-user@ec2-54-252-235-2.ap-southeast-2.compute.amazonaws.com

I need to send you the .pem file, which is not able to attache here. Please advise how to share this key file with you.

Can you create the "developmentKP.pem" file and cut/paste this below code to the file. Then you can use this to connect to my Linux.

I changed to the other VM with older version of Linux, MySQL , php, and it works on this old version.
I do not know what is the reason, and if you also have not found the root cause, then we can skip it now.
