How to add properties in JA property template?

i cant add properties to ja property template

i already followed the instructions on the docs here

i tried adding content using regular new and custom one add new and add gallery. it doesnt appear on the front end

i tried disabling the items on the content manager but i dont know where to edit them

what to do?

Hi
If the content not showing on frontend there could be issue of wrong configurations.
Kindly Edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login details and URL of page on which the gallery item not showing.

i cant get it to work

for example.

i disable all the articles it took a while before it took effect.
now i enabled the articles but the articles doesnt appear in
the front end.

i though it was cache or something but i cleared it 100 times it did not go back in the front end

am i missing something? this template is driving me crazy.

i attached images that proves what i am saying. So by the time you see ticket and it appears what is the explanation.

I just checked the menu item Property and map is visible
Open street map is a free map extension, if there is multiple attemp from same IP its block the IP for some time.

i already added a lot of articles with location (lat,long) still not appearing. Show me the instructions what to do so i can replicate it on my side

also, i attached some photos showing the articles i created you can check it on the back end its not appearing

It seems you have not setup the Cron job on cpanel to index the filter data when you add new articles .
Further the custom fields in Mega filter frontend is for Property category http://prntscr.com/s7pk11
But you are publishing the article in a new category and its filter not present.

Property menu item using the Property filter and your articles are not under this category.

so what are the steps.

create article > should i create gallery or article?
save it to properties. can i create a sub category?
what is next should i click index ? or cron job? when i go to cron job what should i click? new cron url?

having a guide or giving me steps can make things easier for me.

Create An Article and save it in the Property category or its child category.
If you want to save it on any other category you must create New filter for that category.
If Cron job is already setup no need to click on Index now.
Index now click will apply the changes instantly.
