Child product image (inherited from parent) not displayed

Hi,

As the title says, the image for child product is not displayed in filter view.

In product details the image is displayed but in filter view is not.

Hi Cosmin,

Kindly check the 'Product Images' tab of product ID: 5224: http://mixstore.fusionnetwork.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=product&task=edit&virtuemart_product_id=5224

as I can see it's using default image now: https://prnt.sc/ry5p24

And after changing the image, remember to index the filter again in JA Megafilter component + clear cache.

Hi Saguaros,

5224 is child of 5133. Child products are inheriting all fields from parent products, including images.
In JA Megafilter view the child product appears without image. If you go to product details of 5224 you'll see that it inherits the image from parent.
Also if you go to virtuemart category page you'll see that 5224 inherits image from parent. http://mixstore.fusionnetwork.net/index.php/vm-category-child-test
I am saying that JA Megafilter does not show inherited image of child product.

I hope you understand what am I saying.

I got your point but JA Megafilter doesn't support this kind of child product, at this moment, pls try to add images to this child product.

Not the expected answer...
Don't get me wrong. JA Megafilter is a great extension but needs a little more work to be among the best.
I hope dev team would consider adding this feature and others that are virtuemart native ones.
Meanwhile I'll add the images for the child products but is a little extra work. About 3000 parent products and each has 2 ore 3 child products.
