Help using JA Medicare for little Doctor website that wants to have a popup notice show up with latest COVID19 info when you goto the page. Is that already a feature or do you have to install a module to do that

JA Medicare doesn't provide that kind of feature, you can search for a 3rd part extension in Joomla Extension Directory, there are so many extensions supporting this feature there.

This template also has a slideshow and now I cant remember how to edit that slideshow
or where the picture directory is ...

The link you gave had 4.2 emergency care which looks like 1x popup. That is what I'm trying to do. Is there someone who could help on this feature
