Subscription issue

We have an account on gavik with lifetime subscription under the email address: hsingh@bmi.icmr.org.in and username : hsingh. We are trying to login with our credientials, But it can't allow to login. Please check the issue and guide us how we can recover our privious account.

It looks like you missed the information related to old gavick shutdown and acquisition. You can get more explanations at : https://www.joomlart.com/joomlart-gavick . Please note that all user accounts were terminated by Gavick before handing over operations to JoomlArt back then.

Check your emails to see if you have had LIFETIME membership purchased before Dec 2014. If you did, pls send us screenshot of receipt and we will restore your account. Your proof of purchase can be sent to this email support@joomlart.com .
