JB Pro - cannot download anything

I have a JB Pro licence which lasts until August 2020. However, my profile has the words "Renew" and "Upgrade" beside the licence, and I cannot download anything.

Is this account limited to a single template? If so, how do I upgrade so that I can download more templates?

Your JB Pro membership should be able to access all JB templates, may I know which template that you want to download so I can check?

Maybe cache from your web browser.
