carlucci Hi The language package is not official, they are built by Volunteers . i checked the current package is also not completed, this will be reason its not working. Kindly follow this doc to apply translation https://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Translations if you want to use the current package, i suggest you to compare it with default EN language package that came in installation to see the correct values.
