Un-greyscale K2 fields in Documentation page template

Good morning, sir,

When you go to the JAWall demo and then to the Documentation tab of the menu, you get to a page with 4 items on the left.

I can't change the number of items.
Look at my attached picture, the fields are grayed out in the K2 component which should fix this.
How can I un-greyscale these fields and allow the number of items visible on the page to be adjusted, please?

Kindly check the 'Select categories' field in that 'Documentation' menu item, if you are setting to show from 1 category like our demo site:

It will inherit settings from the selected category in k2 component. You will need to go to Components >> K2 >> Categories >> open that category and change the Display Settings there.

Then clear cache.

Alas, I had done all that, but it does not matter. It is as if there was a field block in the menu of the K2 page. For the categories I can change but it doesn't change anything.
I don't see any changes on the menu page after the change in the category page.
However, I have cleared the cache.

I discovered that category Y itself had inherited the characteristics of another category Z. So the changes in category Y did not work.
