Guru LMS 5.2 and invoice / Vat functionality

i have seen in Guru roadmap ( https://guru.ijoomla.com/road-map) that 5.2 version will provide Invoice system with VAT...so, i would like to know :

if it will be available for sure ?
if yes, when 5.2 will get out (release date) ?

At the moment this Vat option is Paused as this needs complete code change in the Guru payment system for Re implementation and planned with Joomla 4.

it could be very nice to have VAT quickly cause it essential for a professionnal/business (society) activity..
