After installing this template I was unable to get it to show! So I need to ask was it package correctly? I installed it 3different times.

If you want to have template looks like our demo site, you will have to install Quickstart package of this template with its sample data:
And note that install quickstart package will be the same like install a Joomla package, it's used for a new site, not for an existing website, you can check out the documentation here for how to install: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-artsy#quickstart-installation
after installing the quickstart template I received a error that the template was not installed. And yes I know how to install Joomla. Just trying to figure out why the template is not installing correctly...
I will figure it out....
