OK. I've just tried the information and all works. I used copy-paste way. Did you try it correctly? Note that FTP is without TLS.

Hello, thank you but the module still doesn't work correctly in the dynamic mode. I've only made some style changes..

Another issue comes when you click on any filter and you are redirected to a result page. When you disable (or reset) all filters you are still on the result page, so it's impossible to get back to the K2 category when the filter was originally activated. So basically the module works as a search module, not filter at all...

Hi,

Unfortunately, there no other way to filter if the navigator is not currently in JA K2Filter Component. That's the default way Joomla works.

You could try using JA Megafilter--the component comes with categories filter and number items count too and many other features.

Well I just need basic filter module like in any other common e-commerce solution. Is that JA Megafilter component for? It's so basic feature...

Could you please repaire the item count like you did in previous repair?

dear, I wrote 5 days ago that the module isn't working good. It doesn't filter correct items in category, again.

Sorry to tell you but the extension is not usable in dynamic mode. It's almost 2 months during we couldn't get it work in dynamic mode. It's frustrating, I don't have time for all the testing a reporting issues it's not my work. I'm disappointed 🙁 It seem you have never tried to use it as a common customer.

Hi,

We're sorry to hear that it's not working as expected but the problem comes from the 3rd party extension which shows the menu you're using. As Mo0nlight mentioned, it generates menu in different way of Joomla and our JA K2 filter can't get the ID of each category to show the associated K2 items. Mo0nlight was trying to help to hack in code but it would be hard to work smoothly in all cases.

We recommend you to use the default Joomla menu or if possible, you can try with JA Mega Filter component which also supports to filter K2 content.
