how do i remove the distortion of the images that load when I hover over the project names?

If you want to remove it, pls remove the intro image of each featured article displaying on homepage.

You mean there is no way to present the image without distorting it?
It is either you have an image that viewers cannot see clearly or you have no image at all?

Sorry that I misunderstood your point, I thought you want to remove image.
You want to show image without effect when hoverring the title, right?
I want the image to appear when hovering over the title but I don't want the image to be distorted. As the mouse moves, the image moves but does not remain clear.
