It seems that the keyword itemtype is missing on your site's template overrides.
Probably, the template override uses the old code.
Please contact your template provider and request them to create overrides for the latest version of J2Store.

That should resolve the issue.

Could you ask them the path of that file? because by default, this template doesn't support J2Store so there is not override for this component in template.

Would be great if you can addapt this to make J2store work for this template, because K2Store doesn't exist anymore and there are no further updates, instead J2store was developed from the K2Store Team.

Supporting a 3rd party extension like J2Store will require lots of work, I will share with the team for further consideration but to be frank, I can't be sure of this.
