It seems that something prevents JA Content Popup module from working:

GET https://projects.gcc.org.hk/modules/mod_jacontentpopup/admin/loadcontent.php?option=com_content&position=onepage&modulesid=353&Itemid=967&jalimitstart=4 403 (Forbidden)

make sure that you set the correct permission for files/folders on your site: File-644 and Folder-755

And try to temporarily disable Admin Tools component and see how it goes.

I had turned off admin tools plugin but no luck.

If I disabled the Admintools.I am afraid easy to hack on our site.

Did you use IP 14.247.208.21 login to backend?

I understand, what I meant is that you can disable it for some days so I can solve issue for you, then you can enable it again. My IP is not static so it changed.
