I've tryed in com_community.ini file and language override

Note : this change will only affect to new notifications, because the old one was stored to db.

I verified and is possible that the English file of Transifex is not the same of your JomSocial Packet File (not updated).

Can you check this?

One start with the comment:

; Note : All ini files need to be saved as UTF-8

Another with:

; Note : All ini files need to be saved as UTF-8. No BOM

After that comment start the differences

No its not like this, you have to give me language constant different, as i upload the exact same package file on transifex. so they only different is the value .
