Can't Download JomSocial Pro After Renewing Subscription

I just renewed my JomSocial Pro subscription, but I'm unable to download the new version. I get this message in the download area:

Oops! To download this product you need an Active Subscription
View Pricing Plans OR Renew your expired plan.
