JA Company add a module position

Hello, I am new to T3 and am trying to figure out how to add a additional module position in the JA-Company template layout. I have tried just creating two components in the same position hoping that one will be placed below the other but am having no luck making that happen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry this is way to hard for me I dont understand where to start, blocks, codes, layout code

this is all meaningless to me ... In my rockettheme templates I simply click 'add new module position' in the layout section and bang its done. If I have to go through all this coding and create this and that I may as well not bother with Joomlart at all and just use rockettheme as it id so much more user friendly for non technicians

You can share the screenshot illustrates how you want the new position should be, I will check for you.
