JA Artsy plugins not working

When enabling JA Artsy it i snot possible to have plugins do something..... want to incorporate a youtube video using Allvideos (example = {youtube}https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DV81bAghxBU{/youtube} ) but the video is NOT displayed. When changing to other template like JA Landscape it is correctly displayed.
Please have a look at supporting these plugins in JA Artsy, because now that template is useless !!

Ninja hi, the website on which it needs to work is still offline, so cannot given you that URL. But on my test site it is also not working, so hopefully you can look at that page @ http://demo.heijkoop.org/nl/test-artsy
The ideal payment plugin should look like on http://demo.heijkoop.org/nl/blog

On The Ja Artsy i can see the video is showing and then Payment output is also working.
If there issue in in JA City guide i suggest you to open a new thread on Cityguide template and submit the credentials for staff in Edit fields.

Ninja hi, on http://demo.heijkoop.org/nl/blog it is working because there the template ja_resort is active. But on every page where ja_artsy is active, like http://demo.heijkoop.org/nl/test-artsy the payment plugin or the video plugin using allvideos is not working.

So it must have something to do with the template ja_artsy.

I remove below code from Editing file "/html/com_content/article/default.php" in template "ja_artsy".

	<div class="txt-intro">
		  <?php echo $this->item->introtext  ?>
	</div>

and set the full text as complete text, now it will show the plugin fine.

Ninja yes, but i want intro text also to be displayed..... now only article text below readmore is displayed. How can this be archieved ?

kernel64 already got it working... just copied complete default.php. it is working now. thanks

The full text will work fine. Copy the default.php to another site and it work.
I will open a ticket to development team to check this for future update of template.
