Client Folders

Does JA have an extension to create a "registered user- client" folders where I can put files, mostly PDF & Adobe AE, that the logged on user has access to?

It is not needed to add an extension for this , you can do it with joomla and ACL core and make visible such articles ( where you added pdf or adobe AE ) only to registered users -

With joomla ACL you can create groups and assign different permissions to registered users also.
