AdAgency Pro pre-sales question

Hello,
I purchased AdAgencyPro and it had been installed on our site for many months and my subscription ran out. Today I see that it says our version is now called "Ad Agency Lite" - which is incorrect.

I don't want to buy another version, if there is something wrong with the product or your database.
Can you tell me what went wrong?

There are 2 version of Ad Agency free and paid.
Free - Ad Agency light with limited options and features for trial.
Paid : Ad Agency Pro with all features.
If you installed the light version its not same as Pro. Also Pro version never change to light as its complete different package to install.
You have to check if you removed Pro version and installed light version.

We're aware of the two versions.

We installed only the Pro version.

Is the Pro version tied to a specific domain name, possibly? I ask because we made a change on our server (dev.example.com to www.example.com). It is on the same one site, however.

I am afraid its not possible in any case, that paid Pro version change to free as both are complete different install. Maybe you accidently installed the light version for new update and removed older.
I suggest you to restore site backup of install Pro version again. Its not something that happened this way without doing manually.

How can I check to find out if someone removed the pro version and installed the light version?
I have the Zip file of the Pro version - can I simply re-install that?
I don't want to lose the ad zones and campaigns I have set up - can I re-install without losing these?

Hi can not tell who has access of your site. As it's not something we have
About the Pro you can subscribe for membership and download Pro version.
Since this thread is for pre sales questions I am not able to cont. Tech support . You can follow the suggestion to restore backup or install Pro version.
It's not something issue from the extension.

As I mentioned, I do have the AdAgencyPro V6.1.2 version. We had it installed and working on the site, but recently (in the past 3-4 days) saw the component had downgraded itself to Lite 6.0.20. I asked everyone on our team, and no one from our team did this.
We followed your advice and attempted to re-install the Pro version that we bought. It would not install from the Zip file so we tried installing from the folder. That did not work - the product was still the Lite 6.0.20 version.
We found our .Zip file for the previous Pro version (AdAgencyPro V6.0.20) and were able to install that version - now we have Pro, but the older 6.0.20 version.
We tried then to install the latest AdAgencyPro V6.1.2, and it went from Pro 6.0.20 back to Lite 6.0.20. So after that, we re-installed the Pro V6.0.20 version.

Why does my Pro version keep reverting to the Lite version?
Why can't I upgrade from AdAgencyPro v6.0.20 to AdAgencyPro v6.1.2 (using the paid-for Pro 6.1.2 version I downloaded in November)?

Your help is appreciated.

to check the issue is from package, i installed 6.1.2 there is no issue found : http://prntscr.com/scayfv
Maybe the package you have is not latest or from light version.
Further 6.0.20 is very old version and will not work with latest Joomla, it also has many bugs that fixed in later versions with new improvements.

I suggest you to download the latest version and install it, if issue remain same kindly open thread on Ad Agency forum page as this is a pre sale question.

I had already downloaded the latest Pro version (6.1.2) back in November 2019.

I re-installed this same version and it instantly reverted to the old, lite, 6.0.20 version (which I had never installed).

The 6.1.2 Pro version keeps reverting to the lite version, immediately upon installing the Pro version.
